Miso Salted Caramel

This is pure indulgence in a jar. 

(To be honest, I just eat this out of the jar with a spoon), but...

If you want to impress guests with your dessert/sweet brunch skills, all you need is a jar of this. Gently heat the caramel up in a saucepan and pour over:

• vanilla ice cream (or any ice cream)
• strawberries (or any fruit)
• pancakes
• waffles
• granola (YUM)
• yoghurt

Also, if you are looking for a sweet evening treat, I've been told that the caramel also spreads wonderfully cold over:

• toast
• digestive biscuits (with a cup of tea)
