Vegan Parmesan

All parmesan lovers, your new obsession awaits.

A vegan parmesan for vegans and non-vegans everywhere (but not for people with nut allergies, my apologies). A non-vegan friend recently told me "I actually preferred this on my pasta than normal parmesan". Now if that isn't your sign to buy this immediately and douse it over meal that cries out for parmesan, I don't know what is. 

Some ideas on which you can sprinkle this glorious gold dust:

• any pasta, any
• any salad, any
• popcorn (hot from the microwave)
• roasted veggies (especially, but not exclusively tomatoes)
• corn on the cob
• grilled veggies
